Machinery construction
- We construct your machine -

From the clarification phase through the concept to the design and the elaborated documentation. On request, we also procure the individual parts, assemble individual assemblies together and put whole machines into operation. From fast packaging machines to assembly machines and rough construction machines. That's our world. We start with paper and pen for the first ideas and to clarify the task. We work on different CAD systems. In addition to our favorite SolidWorks, we also have Inventor, CatiaV5, SolidEdge, NX (Unigraphics), and PTCCreo (ProE). Difficult load cases and optimized designs are simulated on SolidWorks Simulation. In order to keep the "paths short", we also work for the customer on site. This allows us to efficiently support and relieve the customer's development team. We adapt our way of working to the customer project. We are used to working with both microenterprises and large corporations.

We help you on site, at the plant, during commissioning and optimization. We analyze weak points systematically and work out different solutions, which we then construct and implement. Of course, we are involved in the commissioning and create the necessary documents.
